So disappointed with the customer service had a voucher been trying to book my flights that will expire today and cannot get in touch of anyone to secure my booking. Have been I’m trying to sort this for months to no avail.

@KLM having been issued a travel and recently had my last name change due to marriage. I do not know how many times I’ve contacted your customer service to amend this before my voucher expires and I keep being messed about. Is this task too difficult?
