Yesterday, I described the now-overwhelming body of evidence that the Left, and not the Right, radicalized.

Researchers at the University of Cambridge’s Political Psychology Lab found that the Left had grown over ten times more extreme than the Right on core issues from 1988 to 2024.

That data is backed up by Gallup and Pew data showing a similarly dramatic asymmetric shift on the issues.

I noted that the people who radicalized the most were the college-educated, with postgraduates swinging left after 2010, while every less-educated bloc in America drifted right.

And yet many and often most progressives cling to clearly false beliefs.

They believe Anthony Fauci is a hero of science despite overwhelming evidence that Fauci promoted destructive school closures and universal vaccination against the best scientific evidence.

Progressives believe ICE is as bad as the Gestapo, or nearly so, a comparison that Democratic lawmakers made repeatedly.

They believe police kill unarmed black men by the hundreds or thousands every year out of racial bias, even though the Harvard economist Roland Fryer first found no racial difference in police shootings a decade ago, and newer benchmarking against crime rates and a 2023 review of more recent data have come to the same conclusion.

The Left still believes Trump and Republicans are fascists and came within hours of overthrowing the government on January 6. Progressives believe climate change threatens life on Earth.

They support “gender affirming” surgeries on adolescents, even though a 2024 study of more than 90 million patient records found that adults who underwent such surgery attempted suicide at 12 times the rate of other emergency room patients and at nearly five times the rate of matched patients who had undergone tubal ligations or vasectomies...

99.48%: How Alberta Hands Out Medical Licences Like Candy

Foreign medical graduates now make up more than 40% of Alberta’s physician workforce. Between 2018 and 2025, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta received 7,077 licence applications. It rejected only 37 of them. That is an approval rate of 99.48%

That is how a Nigerian-trained “doctor,” Ogochukwu Obed Anizoba — who had been suspended in South Africa — and his brother, Dr. Togochukwu Gideon Anizoba, who could not even spell the name of his own university correctly on his thesis and listed three different graduation years for the same degree, were able to obtain licences in a province that almost never turns anyone away.

Before most foreign medical graduates can apply for a provincial licence, they must first pass the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination, Part 1. This exam tests whether a doctor’s knowledge meets Canadian standards. It is not designed to detect fraud.

In its most recent annual report, the Medical Council of Canada reported a stark gap:

- 94% of Canadian medical graduates pass on their first attempt
- Nearly half of international medical graduates fail on their first attempt
- More than half of those who retake the exam fail again

Alberta has waived this requirement for physicians registered in South Africa.

The question the numbers leave behind is simple: if almost anyone can obtain a licence in Alberta — including those suspended in South Africa — how are families supposed to distinguish a genuine doctor from a potentially fraudulent one?

No Registry, No Records, No Accountability: Nigeria’s Failed Medical Regulator

The state of Nigeria’s medical licensing system is not just a Nigerian problem. It is a Canadian one. Canada continues to recruit doctors heavily from Nigeria, even though the country has become a known breeding ground for medical fraud — enabled by the near-total absence of a functioning medical regulator.

The Nigerian Medical Board claims transparency as one of its core values. Its own website tells a different story:

📌 The page dedicated to its governing council is completely blank.
📌 The section listing quack doctors has not been updated for years.
📌 The page for sanctioned doctors contains no names.
📌 The section meant to track interim suspensions simply reads “soon.”

This is the national body responsible for regulating physicians and fighting medical fraud in Nigeria. In practical terms, it barely exists. There is no publicly accessible registry of doctors’ educational records or disciplinary histories.

Unlike South Africa or most developed countries, patients have no reliable way to verify whether a Nigerian-trained physician is legitimate, has been suspended, or has ever faced discipline in Nigeria.

In this environment of near-total regulatory failure, medical fraud has flourished. The United Kingdom has already confronted what authorities call industrial-scale fraud originating from Nigeria, involving more than 700 healthcare workers who allegedly used proxies to pass qualifying exams.

When the problem reaches the medical schools themselves, verification becomes almost impossible.
That is the case with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka — the institution "Dr." Ogochukwu Obed Anizoba claims as his medical school.

In June 2026, a former Nigerian minister was arrested on allegations of money laundering and certificate forgery. He is charged with submitting a forged degree certificate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
When journalists contacted the university, it falsely confirmed that the minister had graduated. He had not.

When a country’s medical regulator provides almost no usable public records, and when its universities have been shown to issue false confirmations of degrees, reliable verification of medical credentials becomes extremely difficult — and in some cases, practically impossible.

This is the system that produced the claimed qualifications of "Dr." Ogochukwu Obed Anizoba, the man who examined two-and-a-half-year-old Alita Gerbrandt at Beaverlodge Hospital in northern Alberta and sent her home when she was hours away from dying.

A South African verification report later concluded that he never lawfully possessed a primary medical degree from Nigeria — the reason South Africa suspended him in 2012.

Before I left Islam, I was debating a Sudanese Christian who challenged me to name one good thing about Muhammad. Just one.

And when I started digging into the Quran and the sira for myself, I found that he married a child, he took Safiyya, a Jewish woman, the same day he killed her father, her brother, and her husband, trading his companion Dihya seven other captives for her, and posting a guard by the tent in case she tried to avenge them while raping her.

He had the men of the Jewish tribe beheaded, down to boys checked for pubic hair.

He raided trade caravans and took other tribes’ treasures.

He lied and broke truces he asked for.

He slept with all of his 9 wives the same night.

He killed anyone who mocked him.

He recruited raiders with the promise of other cities’ women.

And when his own fighters hesitated to touch married captives, because their husbands were alive and watching, Muhammad told them it was fine because allah said so.

Even the pagans of Arabia had higher morality than he did.

Every one of these acts was stamped with Allah’s approval.

He even married his adopted son’s wife by divine decree.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I left Islam when I met this disgusting man, a man who turned his qualities into a religion, transmitted it to every generation of Muslims since, and made himself the ceiling of their morality.

This is the man Mamdani wants you to learn from.
