Could he please just go back to being a hard-drinking, smoking, womanising, non-vulnerable, woke-devoid, politically-incorrect, ruthless assassin of the bad guys….
First of all, if there was a meeting, Qatar’s Gaza mediation efforts are public, documented, and require engagement with all parties. You cannot mediate conflicts while refusing to speak to one side. That’s diplomacy 101.
Second, history is clear: even the Prophet engaged with opposing parties (jews) during the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah to achieve peace. Dialogue is not betrayal—it is strategy.
Third, the post is intentionally misleading. It reframes diplomacy as “conspiracy” to attack Qatar’s role as a mediator because that role is effective and influential.
The real contradiction? The same voices attacking “communication” are the ones demanding an end to war. You cannot achieve peace while rejecting dialogue.
Qatar talks to everyone to reduce conflict, not fuel it. Turning that into an accusation only exposes the weakness of this narrative.
Well .. While you’re shivering in a basement shelter waiting for the next siren 🤣
I’m on my porch sipping karak tea, watching our brave men and women take down every last one of those. That’s how it feels.
How’d you like them apples?
