@DrJenGunter interesting podcast about drinking water. Strictly 8 glasses of water doesn’t make sense, but isn’t it good to stay well hydrated? What is a healthy amount per day? For an endurance athlete 2-3 litres after a bike ride sometimes feels necessary to me.

My big goal event for this year, the TransAlp race, has now also been officially cancelled! Lots of hard training work to prepare for it in the last months... At least it is encouraging to see the training effect! #cancelled
