have a cashflow tool now which has daily reconcillation too.

UK is talking about raising minimum wage to £12.80 for 18-year-olds. Same as 21-year-olds now.

When I was 18 at Next, I earned £8/hour. That is a rise in wages of 60% in 4 years...

If an 18-year-old costs the same as a 21-year-old, I'm hiring the 21-year-old every time. Three years of life experience matters.

The 21 year old is less likely to go out drinking or partying on the wednesday night before their shift...

I understand why the government is doing this, but businesses & those looking to gain valuable experience lose out. It's a net loss.
