Stop trying to predict the market.

Start trying to react to it correctly.

One makes you feel smart. The other makes you money.

Trump bombardea Venezuela

Journaling is what keeps me tunnel vision.

Reflection is important so you know what to do.

You can find a a model, and a system, but what's important is staying that lane.

Sometimes I see a trader put so much time in, find profitability for a small duration, then start losing again.

It's because they lose themselves again.

Journaling allows me to find that profitability, and keep me tunnel vision.

When you don't journal, it's easy to lose yourself as a trader, and lose your system.

That is why I journal.
