Despite having a full network signal, my internet became non-functional. Tried restarting my phone multiple times, toggling between LTE, 5G, and 5G Auto - to no avail. My messages to [phone] went unanswered until my internet miraculously started working again half an hour later. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable.

I demand a concrete solution and guidance on what steps to take when this issue inevitably occurs again.
