i just speed walk up and down the hall.
I believe mindless walking at home implements a better habit of passive activity during the day rather than going out on walks.
i also don't want to go out and encounter bees
i don't like canes.
there's nothing special about it. wegman crinkle fries, average fried chicken, and some bread.

no matter how hard i try, my school days have implemented a "perfect" sleep schedule. more often than not, i'm knocked out before 11 pm, awake before 7 am.
this is lame. i want to stay up late and sleep the morning through.
