@Ace_Archist Due process is a limitation on government action. It is supposed to (certainly not always successfully) prevent government from arbitrarily taking life, liberty, or property. Limitations on government are inherently libertarian.

@beinlibertarian If it must exist, snap recipients should be able to spend it on whatever. Just as school choice programs should allow parents to spend the benefits on whatever education they deem appropriate, even religious schools. Fund the individual, and the individual can decide what’s best.
