@gunsnrosesgirl3 Supergreens. 12 months in, I was declared in a deep remission from an autoimmune disease. No longer taking prescription medicine. Also clear skin, thicker hair and strong nails. Hair dresser notice thick hair after 6 months.

Celebre d’Allen had heatstroke. Staying at course tonight. Should be fine.

Broadway Boy. Vets happy. Monitoring for next 24 hours. But again very hopeful he will be okay. Connections loath to say anything quite yet just in case.

@sarajcox Lucinda Green used to rock up with her horses at our racing yard every year when she was competing locally. Charles Cyzer, retired now. I was the racing secretary. Used to help her connect on email and stuff
