@JioCare Very disappointed with Jio service. Today, I spoke with your technician Mr. Dharmendra regarding my issue. He clearly informed me that the connection device is damaged and that he has already conveyed this to the Jio team.
However, despite this, no replacement device has been provided yet.
If the device is damaged, how do you expect the issue to be resolved without replacing it? Even your own technician suggested changing the service provider because of the poor support.
@JioCare I will initiate legal proceedings and seek compensation for the loss caused by your negligence. Your repeated failures are leaving me with no other option.

For SR00002LVE8K, your engineer Mr. Dharmendra was scheduled to visit today between 4:15 PM and 5:15 PM. Not only did he fail to contact me, but when I tried reaching him, his phone was switched off.
@JioCare and now an unreachable engineer, it is evident that Jio has no regard for its customers’ time or work.

@JioCare It’s impressive that your billing system never misses a deadline, while your service team repeatedly does.
Perhaps the same urgency you show in collecting payments could also be shown in providing the service customers are paying for.

My JioFiber has been unreliable since 6th June, and despite SR000037OTEN, repeated follow-ups, and multiple escalations, the service has remained disrupted. Yet today, right on time, I received the bill and payment reminder.
@JioCare Please let me know when this issue will actually be resolved.
