Spent 6 months away from social media (X, IG, Snap) with the absolute minimum usage possible (given I needed it sometimes)

Now, I just open social media once a day for 15 minutes.

I don't look down on my phone when waiting, majority of my notifications are now closed.

Walks feel therapeutic, commutes are more lively, everything feels easier.

You do not need social media, you do not need external validation or a platform to "vent"
