@ZacharyDonnini Understand the need to include the rural areas but I should see counties related to these cities, on top of what you have. Food for thought.
Ingredients:
6-8 sausage patties (Jimmy Dean's are my favorite)
1/2 Ib thick-cut bacon
6 eggs
6 slices cheddar cheese
Pancake batter:
2 cups AP flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
Cinnamon Buttermilk Syrup:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat griddle on medium high heat at about 450°F and cook the sausage patties + bacon until crisp
Grease up some mason jar lids and place on the griddle.
Crack eggs into them and mix in some seasoning.
Remove lids and flip eggs. Set aside with the meat
Lower the temp on the griddle to medium low and make the pancake batter by combining all the ingredients above.
Mix well but not too well (you want those little chunks, not completely smooth
Put down some butter on the griddle and grease the jar rings again and place batter in each.
After about 5 minutes, remove rings and flip pancakes. They should be perfectly golden brown
Make syrup by combining butter, buttermilk, and syrup into a pot and get to a simmer.
Remove from heat and add baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Would get nice and foamy, but should settle
Build the sandwich however you'd like and dip into that insanely good syrup.
Enjoy!

Garlic Butter Naan
Authentic Artisan Garlic Naan
Recipe
Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
120ml warm milk
120g yogurt
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp butter
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine warm milk, yogurt, beaten egg, and oil. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and then flatten to form an oval shape.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan until it puffs up and brown spots appear, about 2-3 minutes per side.
In a small saucepan, melt butter with chopped garlic. Brush the garlic butter over the hot naan and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Train your own Decision model like Jev locally!
Unsloth now lets you fine-tune models like Qwen, Llama, and Gemma into decision models that make bounded decisions instead of generating text.
The model reads the input together with the questions and options you define, then a small decision head scores those options and returns the selected answer with probabilities.
So instead of using a generative model for every routing, classification, policy, or evaluation decision, you can train a much smaller model specifically for the decisions your system needs to make.
Training is done with LoRA, and the dataset format is simple: input state, the questions to decide, and the gold answers.
Unsloth also calibrates the model on held-out data, so the returned probabilities are meant to better reflect how often the model is actually correct.
The reported results are pretty interesting.
Qwen3.5-0.8B reached 78% holdout accuracy using around 4GB VRAM, while Llama 3.2 3B reached 79% at around 4.1GB VRAM.
Qwen3.5-0.8B also improved from 36% to 73% on typed decisions after fine-tuning.
Key capabilities:
- Fine-tune Qwen, Llama, Gemma, or other supported LLMs into decision models
- Train locally with 4-bit LoRA and relatively low VRAM
- Handle choice, yes/no, and scored decisions in the same model
- Return probabilities for each decision instead of generating free-form text
- Calibrate the trained model on held-out data before serving it
The part I like here is that you no longer need a purpose-built decision model to experiment with this architecture.
You can take an existing open model, fine-tune it for your own decision space, and run the whole thing locally.
I’ve shared the full Unsloth guide in the comments!
I also built a data analyst agent with Jev as the review layer, and I’ve shared the full breakdown in the article below.

The long-awaited PC and Mac version of Raspberry Pi Desktop is updated and available now!

Found a GitHub repo that does what Claude Cowork does, on your own computer.
It's called OpenWork. It has 23,900 stars, and its latest release was downloaded over 45,000 times in two days.
As of today, new Cowork tasks run on Anthropic's servers. OpenWork is a free desktop app where AI agents work on your files, and the files stay on your machine.
A few things caught my eye.
It works with any model. Use your own API key, sign in with ChatGPT, or run a fully local model through Ollama.
Runs on Mac, Windows and Linux, and you don't need an account to use it.
Your Cowork setup moves over. Skills, Claude plugins and MCP servers carry across, and there's a migration guide.
Cloud is there if you want it, but it's off by default.
This is why open source matters.
When a company changes the rules overnight, you can just move.
