@pantone I have a paid subscription to Pantone Connect and when I attempt to convert a HEX to Pantone color, I keep getting an OOPs message and the convert doesn't work. I'm using the extension Adobe Illustrator v28.1

I've attached a screenshot of the error.

How is this fixed?
