Something I picked up building Koda is having Claude keep a running changelog and feature checklist. Haven't seen anyone bring this tip up yet, but keeping track of all the features and changes has been money.

Nice little find with Dietrich Gebert's Ponytail plugin that keeps Claude from writing bloated code.

Turns out Koda's guardrails already do a pretty good job of keeping Claude in line.

I'm a dummy. I set up Stripe wrong and it required an account first. So clicking to pay did a weird loop where you needed to create an account first.

So much good conversion from homepage > pricing wasted.
