@BraidenWM About a year and a half ago I co founded a jazz band at MTU that plays video game music. We're now working on a cover album. There are other people out there with the same interest, they're just hard to find sometimes. I got really lucky.

@Jackisaweirdo Not nice Jack! 😡 SAD!

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@austinvia9 I'm telling

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@DS_Music394 @Sean081799 We ended up picking a combination of songs we personally liked, which ones fit the genre, and getting a well rounded set from multiple franchises. A few songs we arranged ourselves, and a few came from https://t.co/AiqDu1tqtC!

I'm proud to announce a new cover for Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Trophy Gallery theme, featuring my good friend and multi-instrumentalist @r_b_briggs!

This is also our submission for #SoundoleChillOut2020, and we hope you enjoy! #VGM

@Sean081799 @ArchieKattt Heck yeah! I still have it in my phone calendar so everytime I get the notification Thursday nights I get sad that I'm not at school and there's no rehearsal.

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@mrlauerman You should open it to alumni, we'll come visit

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@Sean081799 I WANT THIS NOW

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@WoodhavenBand One of my favorites right now is Bailen! I love their vocal harmonies and themes they sing about. I had the pleasure of seeing them live and even meeting them last spring. They're an incredibly passionate and talented group. https://t.co/EXIrZGAFEa

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@mrlauerman Wait, since when do you have music?! That's awesome! I gotta hear it!

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

My name is covered, but I'm the Bassist! I'm super proud of this group that we managed to form and beyond excited to perform and see where we continue to go!

This is VGM at MTU's final setlist for our April performance

I think this is pretty dang solid (censoring the names of the other musicians to protect their privacy)

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@Sean081799 I'm not good enough to compete, but I'll come to watch.

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@Sean081799 Time for S L A P

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@andymarcum10 @andy_talbott @WoodhavenBand Do you mean the deceptive cadence has deceived us?

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@WoodhavenBand My Theory II class feels oddly familiar...

[Ryan Briggs @r_b_briggs]

@AubreyFoldi I welcome it like an old friend
