You can speak in any dialect of Kannada yet they will harass you. First words coming out is “Nin Amm*** K***”
5) 02-Aug, order is placed with DHL and 03-Aug order updated with delivery by 05-Aug 10pm.
6) No info on when the order will reach and who will come and fix up the problem. It’s 10:50pm

pathetic service team in BANGALORE. How can ur back end team forget to order and you charge so much for service visit. We have to call back after 10days to figure out you messed up.
Even now the order say will reach us today 10pm but it’s already 10:40pm.
3) back end team forget to order the part. We called back again 02-Aug to find out about the goof up.
4) order placed and even on request, the issue not escalated. Person on call says, there is no option to escalate.
