Overview
Italian–Mediterranean dinner for 2. Total about 50 minutes (prep 15 + cook 35).
Ingredients
Pantry (likely on hand)
•2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (~10–12 oz total)
•1 can (15.5 oz) Bush’s cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
•2 cups broccoli florets
•1 medium white sweet potato, diced ½-inch
•½ jumbo sweet onion (or ½ red onion), thinly sliced
•3 cloves garlic, minced
•1 lemon (zest + juice)
•½ cup vegetable stock (or chicken broth)
•2–3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
•1 tbsp butter
•¼ cup shredded Parmesan
•Salt and black pepper
•Optional: handful baby spinach; pinch green chiles or jalapeño for heat

•Fresh thyme or rosemary (~1 tsp leaves) — lemon + garlic carry it if you skip
Steps
1Heat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato and broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan. Roast 22–25 min, flipping once, until potato is tender and broccoli edges char.
2Meanwhile, pat chicken dry; season both sides with salt, pepper, and half the lemon zest. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 3–4 min per side until deep golden (not cooked through yet). Transfer to a plate.
3Lower heat to medium. Add remaining oil + butter. Soften onion 3–4 min. Stir in garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.
4Add cannellini, stock, remaining lemon zest, and half the lemon juice. Simmer 3–4 min, lightly mashing ~⅓ of the beans for a creamy ragoût. Season. Nestle chicken back in; spoon sauce over. Cover and cook 5–8 min until chicken hits 165°F.
5Off heat, finish sauce with remaining lemon juice and most of the Parmesan. Plate chicken over the bean ragoût; pile roasted sweet potato and broccoli alongside. Shower with last of the Parmesan.

I’ll echo others
- connector for Google Docs and Sheets
- better insight into usage, actual token usage per bot/action/request. Maybe a nice dashboard showing usage by bot or task
- for me, interacting directly with grok seems faster and less expensive than having a bot do the same task, e.g, 3d print modeling
- an easy way to see and or change the model a bot uses, like groks Auto/Fast/Expert/Heavy selector
- ability in the mobile app to “Update Grok Bot’s Computer”;

And it’s a great product. Still learning every day but already made my day to day life easier

Side @grok project today: helping my wife with a work thing.

She needs a tiny 3-chamber case for TLD chips (3.2 × 3.2 × 1 mm) that sits on the brow of a Quest 2, about 6 mm back from the face-side lip, with the bottom following the visor curve. Lid included.

No experience with 3 modeling, CAD, etc.

Didn’t know if Grok could help but, hey, why not try.

Started from a Quest 2 mesh that Grok found for me, then a parts box (wife provided it) that was way too big. Scaled, then rebuilt so the walls would actually print.

Three pockets, 3.70 mm each, 0.25 mm clearance around the chips. Box is 14.5 × 5.5 × 3.1 mm. Slip-on lid. Ready to slice.

Maybe 30 minute conversation with Grok and done.
