@tescomobilecare not what handset support say, no extra cost claim needs changed, why sell 4g phone with 1gb data when clearly not enough

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

@MartinSLewis then when you run out you have to upgrade your tariff costing more, they say consumers should know this when they buy

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

@MartinSLewis Tesco mobile claim 4G at no extra cost, but they sell you a contract with 1gb data, when 4g uses around 3 times the data of 3G

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

@tescomobilecare I'll deal directly with Apple to sort the phone, but can honestly say I will move any business away from Tesco

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

@tescomobilecare Tesco have a take it or leave it policy now, once a customer is tied to a contract there's little customer support.

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

@tescomobilecare and also the attitude of the handset complaints team, not the way to treat long term customers

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

@tescomobilecare faulty phone, agreed to replace but Tesco cans do a simple exchange, must be sent back first before replacement sent #poor

[R&G Plasterers @r_gplasterers]

4 phones moved to Vodafone from @tescomobilecare , customer care ridiculous, issue with 1 phone but they won't resolve issue. #goodbye
