@O2 I requested a pac code for my mum and was quoted over £300 to end contract. Turns out she has a 24 month sim only contract (July 2025). She thought it was just rolling monthly after her contract expired. She's 79 and doesn't need this. I'm frankly appalled. How do I resolve?
