@RBI @HDFC_Bank check deposited in ghuddod road branch surat on 6th October morning. It was returned, stating that connectivity is not established. Still waiting for the credit .How this new system is operational, I can’t understand.

Justice with Logic, Pride for the Profession

Many HC have issued the judgment on Audit report date extention but the judgment of Gujarat HC is going round on social media.

The Gujarat HC, through Hon’ble Justice Bhargav Karia (CA, 1990 batch), has directed CBDT to extend the due date for tax audit cases along with ITR filing date extension.

This judgment is more than just an extension, it is an acknowledgment that compliance requires both discipline and practical timelines.

From signing audit reports as a Chartered Accountant to signing judgments as a Judge, Justice Bhargav Karia’s journey is a shining example of how Chartered Accountants excel in every sphere, from finance to law to justice.
