Her husband, Nandu, allegedly beat her with a pressure cooker, a grinding stone, a belt, and a mobile charger during five brutal days in Saudi Arabia.

When she returned home to Kerala, the torture continued. A case has now been filed against Nandu and his parents.

Doctors said her wounds were too old to stitch. Too old. Let that sink in.
