@t_mcd_11 @airfrance I asked to change route via Amsterdam. AF initially denied it, unless I paid fare difference (mind it was business class), which I refused, but Delta agent did it with no charge at all.

1. @airfrance Purchased business class DEL-CDG-ATH. Just got email, flight will be operated by Euroatlantic -a wet leased aircraft and lower quality product. Called to change itinerary via AMS and I was told to pay $350 difference! bc I wanted the change! I paid for AF product!

@airfrance 3. @airfrance What is most incredible is that AF is still selling tickets for the CDG-DEL-CDG route as AirFrance with A330 or A350 aircraft, when in reality these flights will be operated by EuroAtlantic Airways with old B777. This is becoming a scam!

2. @airfrance My change was not voluntary, it is forced because AF put me on a different airline. you can’t compare AF business class product with the one offered by EuroAtlantic with an old B777 vs AF A350.
