@Mahindra_XUV7XO@AnantCars@anandmahindra gave my XUV700 for service on 13th 30K periodic service. Job card 045. Some part under warranty are to be recd. Last week i was told by Thu/Fri it should be received. Part not received and ETA is awaited. I do not blame the dealer.
They are communicating regularly. How can a part be not available across whole of Bangalore? Will it take 10 days to deliver a part? I had a 500 before this and a 700 now. Slipping customer service. Not sure if my next will be a Mahindra.
Checked with her if she wanted to use the restroom, and she got on the flight without any issues. She is confident that she can travel alone now. So big thanks from our side for the experience.
@IndiGo6E My Mom, 76 years old, was traveling alone from Blr to CBE yesterday. We had called and booked a wheelchair service. She was very skeptical that she would be able to travel. She said the person who took her was very courteous.
@airtelindia have raised a complaint for DTH not working for any connection in our apartment. Ref no 655038318. Pathetic service. Few people have decided to move out. The service engineer has not visited and TAT given is 2 days. Please look into it

The new phone i bought, again delivery is on Monday. I have bought two phones now in the place of one and hoping and praying Flipkart will not give me any more surprises.@flipkartsupport. How can you have such bad customer service?

Worst experience. Today i was asked to cancel the order and place a fresh order. The cancellation Flipkart has initiated from backend and will take 3 days to process. Now i k ow why i don't buy anything from Flipkart. Customer service is non existent. @nothingindia@Flipkart
@EurekaForbes From Thursday somebody was calling continuously. Said they will send someone to pickup the old machine. Nobody turned up. Today called and said, the ticket us closed. I have to raise a new ticket. Whats happening?
@EurekaForbes Bought an Aquaguard in exchange. During installation, he said the local office would come and pick up the old Aquaguard. 9th june, it was installed & still, old Aquaguard to be picked. On the 18th,raised a complaint, CM-180625-53486049. Awaiting resolution.

@Airtel_Presence 08073389175_Kk broadband is off and on from Friday. Has been totally down from morning. No wonder everyone in our apartment have moved to other broadband. I have been trying some executive number they have given no one is picking.
