@LilianaTenfoot@Kloppmightyreds Bro the way I see it is Argentina has to score first. Make the French break their formation and counter. I have Argentina 30% chances of winning and 40% if they score first. We all know French are gonna score, so why not make them chase us.
@LilianaTenfoot@Kloppmightyreds but they were too slow in passes or making plays in order to outwit the French defense. Messi being there might open and create chances for Argentina. Without an additional support the offense of Argentina will get sluggish and idk if Messi can do it alone this time
@LilianaTenfoot@Kloppmightyreds I get that but noway Messi and Alvarez can get pass the French defence. Their won't be any counter play cause Messi keep up. They will need a third man. The way I saw French defence struggling with England all came from the left flank with Saka's and Henderson's play but
@LilianaTenfoot@Kloppmightyreds the goals so far that Argentina has scored have never come from a "team" play. It has either been Messi's magic or some very lucky goals like the Alvarez run. While Frances has got arsenal of offense. If they concede first no way they can bounce back.
@LilianaTenfoot@Kloppmightyreds giving Alvarez the space. But the problem lies in their counters and having the wing backs upfront can definitely backstab easily.
@LilianaTenfoot@Kloppmightyreds why not 442 with Messi linking up with the midfielders and Di Maria should definitely start. France have a good defense but the quick passes from the left flank always seem to trouble them. I would like Di Maria and Molina/Montiel to cook up the left flank while Messi tries-
