CRN 10633224699, my aged mother who is 80 year's old was traveling yday and this driver was very irresponsible and pathetic behavior, he has demanded 120 rs extra then the fare, as she was not using digital payment she has paid cash.. need more safety to senior citizen
Absolutely pathetic service from @airtelindia It’s been 40+ days to cancel a simple Airtel Black connection and still no resolution.
Spoken to 4 supervisors all hopeless, no accountability, no action.
Is this how you treat customers

@airtelindia Each one says different procedure for cancellation..from airtel unbundling to disconnection.. nobody has a knowledge for solving the problem..
@airtelindia Am calling every second day but each one who attends the call says they are clueless and they will escalate this issue.. there is no meaning for escalation in airtel customer care..

@airtelindia each time call the standard answer from all executive and supervisors.. "WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE " .. I see headless, brainless and shameless people in customer care.. 40 days for one simple cancellation of airtel Black..now bill is generated who Wil pay?
@airtelindia each time I call customer care for an update team is clueless and shameless, each person wants to hear my story all the time, with patience i explain to all so that I get resolution for my problem but worst customer care i seen. I want you to hear my conversation.. 3

This is regarding overcharge on my subject trip .. driver asked me to pay Rs 908 cash at the time of drop, my fare shows Rs 608 in the app. Attached screenshot of the invoice. Kindly refund the differences. Thanks
@zomatocare food delivery has been delayed for morethan 30 mins and your verified restaurant has no curtsey to answer properly.. how is zomato acting for these type of resturant behaviors... this is pathetic

@nammayatri you have become expensive these days... I travel daily for 6km one way ...it was Rs 120 earlier..now it's showing Rs 150.. approx time I travel is around 5 pm.
