@DHLexpress Ordered contact lenses valid for only 4 weeks.
2 weeks wasted and I still haven’t received them.
Now the delivery guy calls saying the shipment fell in an “unexpected place.”
I asked for delivery today — he said impossible and hung up.
This is unacceptable. I want compensation.

@DHLexpress I do not recommend trying this delivery service. They never respond to any number. The shipment has been in the warehouse for two weeks with no response.
