18 months ago Bangladesh plunged into chaos, the Student Revolution saw Sheikh Hasina slaughtering 1500 protestors before being forced to flee the country.
No one knew if the Muhammad Yunus led interim govt would survive - or the nation would slip into extremism / army rule.
Despite all odds - Bangladesh managed to peacefully elect a new BNP Govt. with a massive mandate & a 60% voter turnout.
Along with that, a referendum on Constitutional changes has also been approved - this would radically reduce the powers of the PM & increase checks and balances in Bangladesh.

The BJP's official Assam Pradesh handle posted a video that appears to glorify the targeted, 'point-blank' murder of minorities.

It is deeply abhorrent and disturbing and cannot be dismissed as random troll content. This amounts to a call to mass violence and genocide.

It is a reflection of the true face of this fascist regime, which has harboured this hatred for decades and, in the last 11 years, tried to normalise it.

Considering the gravity of the matter, there must be strict action against this act of spreading disharmony and poison in society.

It is clear there can be no hope from the Prime Minister to condemn and ensure accountability for this. However, the judiciary must step in firmly.

The Indian National Congress condemns this act and urges the judiciary to take the strictest of action against such open calls for violence that threaten peace and spread social hostility.

People have often misunderstood the ATP/footfalls by comparing Direct ticket rates. The actual fun here is understanding where the film is collecting more, Multiplex of single screens?

For instance, #Pathaan can collect 1,20,000 by selling 100 tickets in a premium multiplex theatre, whereas #Gadar2 can collect the same amount by selling 800 tickets (8x higher) in a single screen cinema. The collection will be the same, or sometimes slightly different, but the gap between footfalls is much higher. And higher footfalls means wider reach and much better effect of WOM. That's one main reason why #Gadar2 #Animal #Stree2 have done better in the second week and onwards than #Pathaan and #Jawan, which did higher numbers in the first weekend and week, because the Film is watched by more people.

After all, ATP is all about finding the average of the tickets that are sold, not the ones that are going to be sold or are there on BMS, snd calculate basic value of average.

#Sacnik did the same mistake when they wrote 3.50cr FFs for #Pathaan to get instant attraction, whereas BOI numbers are at 2.85-2.90cr, which came much later when there was no attraction left. The reporting or the timing is also at fault.
