Ran into this plaque in the horticulture gardens outside PSM building. Ernie Hodas was elected to the Board of Directors of The (US) Irrigation Association in 1977. He was the President of ag and turf irrigation supplier Century Supply Corporation of Berkley, MI.

Transplanted 4 pieces of northbridge bermudagrass to my home lawn last fall and they all made it through winter. Dreaming of an all bermuda lawn so I don’t have to mow as often spring and fall.. @rbearssturf

This toro water cannon (TS170) has a 2” inlet and can deliver up to 303 gallons per minute and throw as far as 177ft. This is simply our test set up where it’s throwing about 77 ft.
