@CISFHQrs Your staff at Hyderabad Airport Transfer Desk are extremely incompetent. They can’t maintain Que. one simple transfer takes 25 minutes. They fail to maintain Que and on the other hand telling passengers to ensure no one breaks it. Date: 9th October 14.00 Hrs

@Vinamralongani @AirIndiaX It’s a hopeless airline. Delays have no limit. And they are dumping CCU with all their old A320s. They are the greatest marketing arm of 6E.

@IndiGo6E please think of using your A321N(XLR) for CCU-LHR (daily), CCU -CDG (x 3 per week) and CCU -FRA (x4 per week). Also please start CCU -DXB, and CCU-KTM asap.

@airindia @navimumairport Some runways tempt you to stop flying also. Like CCU. I think we at CCU are counting days when you leave lock stock and Barrel. It’s a shame that you fly only to BOM and CCU. No service to MAA, HYD, BLR, GHY and so many.

Completely mindless planning by @airindia. They are passing on several new A320/A321neo to @AirIndiaX, but there are no AI services in major sectors such as CCU-MAA/BLR/HYD/GAU/BKK. Everyone will prefer indigo over AIX in any of these sectors. Great game plan on how to lose, AI.

@airindia Whenever airindia sends an aircraft that doesn’t have premium economy due to operations reasons, and one has a PE ticket, no money is returned. In fact such passengers loose their seats too and often assigned a middle seat.

@airindia Please reintroduce CCU-BLR and CCU-HYD. Air India express is not the solution for these routes.
