@TradePointUK placed an order last week for delivery on Friday (12/6). Still not delivered. No explanation. No follow-up! Calls made to HQ and Croydon store. No resolution. Total shambles. Will order from @Wickes next time. Avoid if timing and certainty of supply is important.

@TradePointUK @Wickes #terribleservice and #appallingcustomercare look no further than @TradePointUK. They also appear to be breaching their legal obligations under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

@TradePointUK @Wickes Hello, thanks for following up, but the issue is with @TradePointUK, who have accepted an order, taken payment and not delivered. They are a shambles. I wish I had gone with @Wickes instead.
@TradePointUK have the worst customer service. They are entirely appalling.
