I continue to think land throughout the vast reaches of what is considered Appalachia is a long term investment of a lifetime. It will be highly sought as urban cities of various size continue to slowly decay. Plenty of raw land priced under $3,000 acre. Some under $1,000.
Trading like a group. That's the trade. Choose your poison. Who gives a shit. They're all going to go up unless headline. Then you flip.
In the next 6-12 months we'll know who works and who doesn't then invest. For now - its trade only.
$hims I bought more yesterday on the dip. First time I added to my tracer. Of course not nearly enough :) Time to site and wait for how digestion unfolds. Volume is suspect so far.
That is the value of a tracer. Keeps you glued just enough to learn its full character.
$HROW The only thing circulating is a trader note that Opaleye Management is shutting down. Opaleye is a Boston healthcare fund and, on its last 13F, HROW was a top holding: about 2.4 million shares, roughly 6.4% of the company and about 9% of the fund. The same post flagged Liquidia and UroGen. UroGen is down about 15% this morning. That pairing fits a forced seller, not an HROW-specific headline.
