@proseccoginfest - sneaky way to make money, charge people for tickets with a booking fee. Change date of event and when people can’t go, only refund ticket price, not booking fee. Easy way to make money for nothing. Disgusting

@proseccoginfest - outrageous, you changed date of festival but do not refund full amount. You’re keeping my £4.50 booking fee. I’ve paid that for nothing. Bad bad customer service. Complaint coming

@Sainsburys_Bank If this was the first time I’d called, I’d understand but I’ve tried on different days at different times and still the same. I usually hang up after 30 min wait!!! If you’re emails worked properly, I wouldn’t need to phone!!!
