Winifred It is simply not true that it’s harder to budget. Phone apps have alerts/& spending limits and a clear paper trail of where the money has gone….

@BBCRadio4 I cannot see the logic of the strictly cash only lifestyle. Harder to track what you have spent cash on (without receipts). Stolen/lost cash is gone forever whereas a lost card can be cancelled immediately. Carrying cash can make you a target…

Hmmm - how many search warrants has the home secretary applied for?
You need a warrant to enter property to search for stolen items so you have to convince a magistrate that 'find my phone' is accurate enough to grant that warrant - best of luck ma'am. 👍
