కాంగ్రెస్ మేనిఫెస్టో లో రాజ్యాంగ పరిరక్షణ అనే చాప్టర్ 13 వ పాయింట్ లో ఎమ్మెల్యే లు, ఎంపీలు ఒక పార్టీ లో గెలిచి ఇంకో పార్టే కి వెళితే వెంటనే disqualify అయ్యే లా చట్ట సవరణ చేస్తాం అని చెబుతున్న కాంగ్రెస్..

తెలంగాణ లో మాత్రం BRS పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యే కి ఏకంగా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎంపీ టికెట్ కేటాయించింది.

BRS ఎమ్మెల్యే లకి కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కండువా కప్పి కాంగ్రెస్ లో చేర్పించుకుంటుంది.
