My Aunty received terrible treatment from @AmericanAir yesterday when she was about to take a trip of a lifetime to New York for her 60th Birthday!Her flight was cancelled (no reason given) @British_Airways put on a replacement flight and didn’t put her on it!!Birthday ruined💔

Suspended straight away by @facebook when I was Hacked, tried to disagree,but doesn’t work- CAN’T appeal!Lost almost £200 when they spent it on Facebook ads!Tried numerous ways to reach out/But NOTHING 😭Will lose 15 yrs worth of photos -all whilst on my family holiday- gutted.

@fbsecurity @facebook it won’t let me report my account as hacked , as it’s been suspended due to what they did when they hacked it!!!! So frustrating I can’t appeal- or get it reviewed! It’s been 7days now- and I can’t do anything!!! HELP! I don’t want to lose everything!
