@Se_Railway I have been incorrectly paid a lesser refund for a delay which clearly was 34 minutes and not the 29 minutes you’ve paid. I am concerned at how many people you are incorrectly paying leading to a profit for you?
@Georgeatasda an item I ordered had arrived smashed to pieces and there’s no returns form, I love 30 minutes by car from a store and don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay for the return when your at fault. Can I get some help please?
@RoyalMail my tracked parcel was meant to be delivered Tuesday and the tracking info page won’t allow me to amend or change but it hasn’t been out for delivery since - it’s for my broadband so I need it urgently
@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been sent a router but royalmail just have it as pending after failing to deliver on Tuesday I’m meant to have WiFi connected tomorrow but no way of contacting royalmail about where the router is and unable to get through to anyone at sky what do I do?

@Se_Railway You’ve just forced everyone off a train because it’s now running fast and the other trains arriving are running late so the disruption has not improved by making this decision. Everyone will be claiming for a cancelled service as this is not delayed!
@Se_Railway why are you cancelling a connecting service from Faversham which should call at whitstable and Herne bay? The next service is also delayed meaning passengers are airing for over 35-40 minutes?
@Se_Railway Great last week only 6 coaches and this week cancelled - means I’ll be late for work again - why don’t you amend the timetable and have the 9:06 Cannon Street arrival slightly earlier so everyone has a chance of getting into work before 9?!

@Se_Railway I always go claim but it’s never straightforward as I’ve never just had a claim accepted then it’s a challenge of emails to prove my service was delayed! A complete pain and late for work no matter which service I get!
@Se_Railway new timetable not really working as no train crew in Broadstairs so the 6:58 train from Herne Bay to Cannon St is now delayed! It would be great to once get this service without a delay that would be a miracle!
@Converse having MAJOR issues with an order and your customer service team - you’ve taken my money and not sent me the order i requested and no help given to resolve! Terrible experience!
@buyagift having issues with my voucher it’s a 2 part one has been accepted but the second part of it the voucher is saying it’s not recognised - no customer service option or number to call so can’t make my booking
@Se_Railway double the amount of people travelling via Canterbury to London due to issues at Sittingbourne and you only have a 6 coach train? £70 for a ticket and no seats aisles packed can’t move this is insane!
