So many women are afraid of not being taken seriously if they mention picking up their kid from daycare or relieving their nanny.

Really, this should be an indication that they are 100% serious about their jobs.

It is possible to be dedicated to your family and to your work.

These aren’t gender issues, they’re societal issues.

Parental leave.
Mentorship.
Pay parity.
Flexible work.
Inclusion.

We won't see improvements unless we work together.

When a woman comes to you with a concern in your workplace, aim first to build trust, second to solve problems. 

Say “I believe you.”

Say “Tell me more.”

Ask “What do YOU want?”

The more men let women speak, the more equitable our workplaces will become.

If a woman is crying at work, she’s probably not sad—she’s probably ticked off. 

Instead of freezing at the sight of tears, think about why she’s so angry. 

And then do something about it.
