In order for consent to be valid it must be obtained free of coercion, bribery and threat. Any NHS staff who have had the vaccine now simply to keep their job have not given valid consent

@GrantRBartlett @SteveBakerHW For many the health benefit of vaccination for sure outweighs the risk of side effects. Unfortunately I’d say for the majority there is no health benefit. And that is why the government have had to create alternate benefits; travel, attendance of sport events and now employment

I would say the difference is, when weighing up risk vs. benefit of vaccination against each disease; benefit wins for Hep B and risk wins for COVID-19
