It’s so weird being scared of something as an adult that didn’t scare you as a kid. Like why am I terrified and screaming about a lizard that got in my house. Where is the 5 year old version of me that used to play with lizards 🥲🥲

@xkrystenxo lots of rest, and make sure you keep track of your aftercare and what medicine you’ve taken and stay on top of taking it as instructed. I also got this thing you can Velcro around your head and you can freeze or heat up the packs that go inside and it helped me a ton
