@JohnLewisRetail absolutely shockingly bad service from John lewis. Ordered an almost £500 washing machine with a timeslot on Monday, it didn't arrive, everyday since we have been promised a delivery. We were given a new timeslot today 5-7 and it hasn't arrived! Disgraceful
