I weirdly feel like I'm coming back to life after the last 2.5 years of the pandemic. (Yes, I know that's a bit late. I'm always late for everything). So I wrote a blog post for the first time since March 2020: https://t.co/qibVMf4h8A
We are getting a lot of mentions regarding a story in the press about the National MS Society in the USA. We are separate charities so please direct any correspondence to the National MS Society.
If you have MS, live in the UK, and would be interested in taking part in some research interviews about your journey from diagnosis to managing your condition (with vouchers as a thank you for your time), send me a DM and I’ll tell you how to get involved.
Congratulations @sainsburys Lower Sydenham - it’s 12:10pm and you’ve already totally sold out of sandwiches so the only food options are overpriced burgers, fried chicken and fish and chips. Why did you replace the Sainsbury’s café? This is rubbish..
@realjahwobble Is it true that when you were a Tube driver you made an announcement saying ‘My name is Jay Wobble. I used to be a pop star, and now my life is over.’
Either way, the thought of you driving the tube makes me so happy. And I’m very glad your life was not really over!
@chris_hawkins Hi Chris, I didn’t get this in in time for your show this morning but this is the Glastonbury 99 poster framed in our downstairs loo - the 1st one me and my husband went to together ❤️
Hi @Citymapper I assume you didn’t see my message before. Could you let me know what you’re planning to do to make your app more inclusive for people with mobility issues? Thanks
#DisabilityTwitter
Dear @Citymapper, many people don’t walk less to avoid the sun and the rain, they can’t walk very far because they’re disabled. How about you make it free for them to plan journeys on your app instead of penalising them?
#DisabilityTax#DisabilityTwitter
@Citymapper if I plan a short journey the premium features don’t appear at the bottom of the page so no way to choose less walking. Could you look into that? Thanks
@shiftms Much less meat and dairy (I already didn’t eat much). I can’t give it up completely but I have noticed that when I eat a lot of cheese (on holiday/Christmas) I feel worse - more fatigued and leg doesn’t work so well.
@TLRailUK@Se_Railway@TfLAccess@networkrail@JanetDaby Thank you Emily. Anything you can do to lean on them to get these lifts working would be really appreciated. Seeing the lifts there but being unable to use them - months after they’ve been built - is so frustrating!
Hi @TLRailUK the lifts still don’t work! It’s nearly May! Can you give an update please - this is really unacceptable and unfair to people with disabilities. @networkrail@se_railway@TfLAccess
@Se_Railway@TLRailUK@TfLAccess@networkrail@JanetDaby These are the lifts at Catford Station, first promised to open in October 2022, then Easter this year, but still fenced off - they have been built but are not in use. This is so frustrating. Any influence you have would be really appreciated.

@morganjeans@networkrail@Se_Railway Hi Morgan, from my understanding this date has been revised and we are just getting this confirm by Network Rail. ^Sonia
