@AirCanada our bag has been sitting at CPH airport for 7 hours. An update on when it will make it to OSL on one of the many flights today would be appreciated.

[Rachel K. Riggs @rachelkriggs]

Really sucks when @AirCanada loses your bag and then has idiots in customer service who provide no useful or simply incorrect information.

Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and Stephen Breyer dissented to the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Read the majority opinion and the dissent. https://t.co/Cf2V2Q58Hz

[President Biden Archived @POTUS46Archive]

Today is a very solemn moment for the United States.

The Supreme Court expressly took away a Constitutional right from the American people that it had already recognized. They simply took it away. That's never been done to a right that is so important to so many Americans.

@Shawhelp Also, the first customer service rep I spoke with initially said she could upgrade me for less money than the plan listed on your website... but then couldn't, at the last minute, after I agreed to upgrade (at the lower cost).

[Rachel K. Riggs @rachelkriggs]

@Shawhelp I had working internet an hour ago. Called to upgrade my service and now I have no internet and am being told no one can come help until August 13. This is unacceptable. I work from home. I cannot be without internet for a week, or even a day.

[Rachel K. Riggs @rachelkriggs]

@Shawhelp Then he tried to sell me a better modem. I am already giving you more money, and almost had no internet FOR A WEEK. You should send me that modem at no charge.

[Rachel K. Riggs @rachelkriggs]

@Shawhelp Internet is finally back up, after the unfriendly technician I spoke with on the phone said it was his fault for not checking if my modem was bridged, or something.

[Rachel K. Riggs @rachelkriggs]

@Shawhelp This is a joke. Terrible service. I called to give YOU more money and now I’m being told I will have NO INTERNET FOR A WEEK. Not okay. You need to fix what you broke.

[Rachel K. Riggs @rachelkriggs]

@Shawhelp Terrible service. Wish I could get actual Fibre from @TELUS .

@TiffanyTimbers I don't think any of us should expect ourselves to be "used to it". Zoom (or whatever platform) fatigue is a very real thing!

I am heartbroken. She did so much for women. Rest in peace, RBG.
