@_Visionworks my appointment was supposed to be at 11:30. I get here at 11:15, they won’t check me in but I can wander the store until they get caught up. I took time off work, I was early but yet still waiting. Why is my time not as valuable?

@bbtheatres just had a terrible experience at one of your theaters. People sitting next to us would not stop talking or being on their phones. I told management about it twice. The second time someone did say something but as soon as they left the people just got louder. Terrible

I am hearing reports of some airlines only offering flight credits to passengers for cancelled flights. 

Let me be clear — you are entitled to get your money back promptly if your flight is cancelled and you don't take a rebooking.

@KCTV5 @LukeDorris Thank you so much for taking my suggestion to make the First Warn map much easier to read for color blind people. I let out a gleeful yelp when I saw it on the noon news today!!!! The paint by numbers is a easy solution to make it more accessible. Thank You!
