I’ve tried calling over 40 times this week every time I get the same message and it says I must call back this week. People pay into the system. The system is meant to support us and then it fails us. UNACCEPTABLE!

@NYSLabor your filing system is broken! It tells me I must speak to an agent to complete my claim. When I call the moment you open it says all agent are busy. It doesn’t put me on hold for the next available agent. It just hangs up and tells me I must call back this week.

@NYSLabor My claim progress says I must speak to an agent to complete it. I called the minute you opened and all day yesterday and never got through to an agent nor even put on hold — I’m just told that I must be to an agent this week and the system disconnects. Unacceptable!

@FedEx if a delivery is going to a multi unit dwelling the door tag NEEDS to list the unit # to be useful. And more importantly when I try to call to identify if the door tag is for me don’t tell me it’s a security issue to identify which unit at my address the door tag is for.

@Jibunnessa @tina_hux @DesiSanatani @PicturesFoIder As a partially paralyzed young person who walks slow I agree with everything you say. Until it happened to me I would have thought this is 💯 the right approach but now I find it dehumanizing when people think that they should do things for me instead of allow me to take my time

I feel so victimized by those who say they can help recover @facebook accounts from hackers. If @Meta would just provide any support or fraud protection it would be a much safer place. Instead they allow people to get victimized when all we want is our pictures & history back.

@facebook @meta you are derelict in how you support your users. With thousands of engineers and product managers there is no way that if you wanted to you couldn’t better protect accounts from hackers or support your users even with automated methods when something happens.

@GeorgeTechh I followed you back. How do I do about recovering my Facebook account? The person who hacked it via phishing got it disabled by Facebook because of their posts snd they removed my email and phone number so I can’t regain access to even plead my case.

@facebook support should address this issue! My account was hacked by someone. They posted a fake ad and my account was disabled within 24hrs. I have had an account since ‘07 with all posts in English this person converted my account to Vietnamese.

They connected an instagram account that doesn’t follow Facebook terms. Facebook reporting messages told me to login to the instagram account to fix. That account isn’t mine either. My instagram account was never connected to my Facebook account.

And yes, let’s not forget that assuming the math of the original poster the person driving is driving an old car otherwise they would have included the cost of them buying a new gas car

@Starbucks why can I get an unsweetened matcha in Europe but not in the US?! Please give customers in the US the choice to have their matcha with or without sugar like I had the pleasure of ordering in Spain!

@SowellCharles @MPaps2 @Victorshi2020 She deserves the right to speak not an amplified platform outside of her district. Right to free speech is not the right to the amplification of that speech. She needs to be heard by her constituents but amplification beyond that needs to be earned and she hasn’t earned it.

@tomowenokc @Victorshi2020 No one is saying don’t let her speak. Just don’t give her an amplified platform. I don’t have one. She doesn’t deserve one. She has only earned a platform in the area / region she was voted in so her constituents can hear her.
