@AerLingus That's fine. I've ended up emailing and now at least have a case number. Is there a way to check my voucher request is actually being looked at? It's incredibly frustrating to see that people who applied after me have already received theirs

@AerLingus I appreciate that you're busy, but it's been nearly two months without an update on my voucher. Is there any way to get an estimate on when my case will be reviewed? If not, I may have to speak to my bank about charge back options

@OfficialTfGM hi, I filled in the form to get a refund on my monthly tram ticket. Are you supposed to get some kind of confirmation email that the form has been submitted or should I fill it in again?
