Frisk sería del género de aquel que juega, dado que en el caso de frisk si que es un avatar que nosotros controlamos y no un personaje ajeno (como si lo sería chara o Kris). Por lo que se debería poder usar cualquier pronombre

And he doesn't pay the wages, the COMPANY does. Also he doesn't care about workers (he fired half of Twitter staff)
