@SwiggyCares I will see if I have any energy left in replying. 3 orders today for guests and all 3 had something wrong. Help in the app ignore all 3. You've engineered support and help to force people in not caring. At your scale thought it will be the opposite.
Absolutely horrible experience with @zomatocare. Coffee leaked and spilled inside.
Delivery guy blamed the packing, saw it's an obvious botch and should take a min to get refund/reorder. But i just get an apology and they will not raise it with @CostaCoffeeInd or @zomato
@zomatocare Why is the support engineered to be bad? Ordered coffee and delivery driver stopped moving, after 10min i called he said he stopped to have some tea. Where do I go to complain about it? Only options in screenshot show that support has been engineered to be bad.
@zomatocare how do you speak to a human on support. What kind of response is we will let the restaurant know they didn't pack order properly. And so I paid for charity?
