@SoFiSupport they closed the case and I emailed 5 times on the thread since with customer support and no response. I called twice as well, one time agent hung up after hearing the case. The other time the agent said his manager would call in 24 hours and I didn’t get any call
@SoFiSupport I used Sofi debit card to withdraw 1000 from an ATM on July 4th. The bank released the money in $20 notes. Since there were a lot of notes, I was able to pick $600. Before I could pick up the remaining $400, the ATM machine took back in the remaining money.
I am shocked that money can be taken without any support to handle it, it has been over a month and I have not received the $400 back, Kindly help resolve this asap.
I had created a dispute for this issue, but the dispute was denied. It seems that the ledger does not have information on the amount of money the ATM ingested back if money wasn’t picked up.
It has been over a month since this happened.
