It has turned into pro forma day at Markee- we've been reviewing our portfolio in light of the news that the HST (Province jumped on board!) will be removed from purpose built rentals.
For example, one 330 unit project (right on the subway!) that was going to be a condo is now going to be built as purpose built rentals - with 30% affordable housing.
